I started CARGO 15 years ago with the goal of making makeup better, easier, and smarter for women everywhere. And this site really is CARGO’s proudest moment! I am so happy to bring all of you (our CARGO family) – a site that educates and informs; but, mostly, a site that empowers you. Makeup after all is a tool for self-expression. It should make you feel great. To that end, we have strived to remove the intimidation factor from cosmetics and have worked with Hollywood’s top artists to create products that let you achieve professional results consistently and with ease.
I hope you enjoy our Tips section where pro secret tips have been turned into simple solutions. I also invite you to “listen in” on some of the conversations we have had with the world’s most elite makeup artists (in our Elite Artist Community section). Renowned artists such as Sam Fine and Oscar-winning artists such as Valli O’Reilly discuss their beauty philosophies, pro secrets, and even what it takes to make it in the industry.
As part of our commitment to bring beauty to the people, we have added an e-commerce component to our new site that allows you to purchase directly from us. We hope that makes things a little easier for you! I’ve also started this blog and will use it to keep you up to date on all that’s going on here at CARGO and in the world of makeup.
Lastly, I want to hear from you! This is your brand —tell me what you think, what you like, and what we could be doing better for you. I read everything you say and every one of your Facebook posts. I really like your blusher that I bought last year at Sephora. I was in there last week and they said they don’t carry your line any more and that you went belly up, but I am finding you here. Where can I buy your product – so I can see the shades before buying? — Thanks, MB

Being a part of the Cargo team will always stay with me and remind me how far I have grown as an artist. I now run my own Bridal Hair and makeup company and owe a lot of my skills and knowlege of the beauty industry to CARGO.
To this day, I continue to use CARGO Blushes, Bronzers and Foundations and keep my personal and professional kit stocked at all times! I will always remember how close knit all the Artists were and the great training sessions we had to keep everyone on track. Thanks Hana for staying true to your passion that is CARGO! Ulta & QVC have, like, 5 products. I am really interested in the blu_ray line. I am not close to a Sephora or JCP salon so I have to order online. I notice it said as of 01/17/11 you would sell from the site…will this be happening soon?

Cargo used to be sold at my hair salon, but when the eyeshadow singles left- the entire line was phased out of the salon. It was there that I bought one of my very favorite shadows ever (first spotted on one of the stylists)- Cargo Yukon. I literally danced with joy when I saw Yukon on the site about a week ago, only now it’s dissapeared again. Please, please, please bring it back. It’s is truly taupey perfection! It’s not discontinued is it? Simply out of stock hopefully!

I absolutely LOVED your waterproof swimmable eyeliners last summer, I can’t find any colors except black and brown at Macy’s, Ulta and here on your website, I went to a Cargo event at Macy’s in Delaware this past weekend and they didn’t have any colors either
. I’ve tried Urban Decay and Smashbox….nothing compares to Cargo. I love your entire line. I don’t know what it is that you put in your eyeliners and bronzer but it’s addicting and now I can’t find my electric blue and cammoflage metallic green Cargo waterproof eyeliners anywhere. PLEASE HELP…
