SHIPPING POLICIES

Domestic (U.S.) Orders
1-2 products: $5.95 USD
3-4 products: $7.95 USD
5+ products: $9.95 USD

Second Day: $14.95 USD
Overnight: $21.95 USD

All kits are charged as just one item. Multiple orders to the same address will be combined whenever possible. Orders shipping to a P.O. Box or APO will ship via USPS. Whenever possible we aim to ship orders within 3 business days, we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Federal Holidays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time we are only able to ship to Canada.
Canada Flat Shipping Rate: $10.00 USD

Note: Any international order may be subject to Customs Charges. CARGO has no way of knowing if you will be charged customs charges and is not responsible for such charges.You will be charged in USD.

SHIPPING TIMES

All deliveries will be made via UPS or FedEx. Please allow the following shipping times:
Standard Ground 7-10 business days
International 10-15 business days

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your order number. Another email will be sent to you once your order has shipped and will include your invoice and a UPS tracking number for your order.

Orders being sent to a PO Box or APO will ship via USPS. We strongly encourage you NOT to ship to a PO Box as it does not provide a tracking option.

CARGO is not responsible for lost or missing orders sent to any PO Box. Note: With the aggressive spam email filtering of many ISP's and email software, it is possible that your invoice, tracking number emails mistakenly get blocked from your email in-box. We encourage you to add support@cargocosmetics.com to your Address Book or "whitelist" (if such a service is available to you) so we can communicate with you.

SALES TAX

We currently collect sales tax in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Georgia, Florida, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Arkansas, Arizona, Texas, California and Rhode Island based on your shipping address.

RETURNS

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If damage has occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at support@cargocosmetics.com. 

You will be required to provide your order number as well as your email address used for site login.To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by UPS.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please reach out to customerservice@cargocosmetics.com to receive details on how to return your item.

Refunds may take up to 30 days to be credited to your credit card and account. Your financial institution may take an additional seven business days to reflect this transaction. Please note that CARGO only accepts returns or exchanges on products that have been purchased through cargocosmetics.com.

Product purchased elsewhere must be returned or exchanged at the location of purchase and are subject to the return policy of that retailer. Products purchased at cargocosmetics.com may not be returned or exchanged at any other retailer. Likewise, we cannot accept any other retailer’s store returns or exchanges. CARGO Cosmetics does not pay for shipping and handling on returns and exchanges.

ANIMAL TESTING

You will be happy to know that Cargo Cosmetics does not participate in animal testing nor do we contract to 3rd parties that currently test on animals.

DATA SECURITY

Personal and credit card information submitted to CARGO is safe and secure. Transactions are made on a secure server, using 258 bit SSL technology. All information (including your email address) is encrypted, and accessible only by our Customer Care Department. If you still do not want to enter your credit card information online please contact Customer Care at 1-800-295-8877. Please do not send any credit card information to us via email. CARGO has the utmost respect for your privacy. We do not sell or trade your email address or any other information with any other entity.
