Shipping Policy
Please note that at this time we are only able to ship to addresses within Canada and the Continental United States.
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Once your order has been authorized, it will be processed and shipped within three business days. Please note that orders cannot be processed on weekends and holidays and we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

All deliveries will be made via UPS or Fedex. Please allow the following shipping times:
Standard Ground   7-10 days
Expedited             3-7 days
Please note that for Canadian deliveries, it may take an addition 3-5 days to pass through customs.

Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your order number. Another email will be sent to you once your order has shipped and will include your invoice and a UPS tracking number for your order.

Damages
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.

If damage has occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at support@cargocosmetics.com. You will be required to provide your order number as well as your email address used for site login.

To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by UPS.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.  Please note that items must be in their original condition.

Please print and fill out the Return Form included with the invoice that was emailed to you. Please print clearly and include all of the requested information. Place the form along with the item(s) you wish to return or exchange inside the original packaging.  If the original packaging is not available you may use a sturdy box or padded envelope. Please pack the contents carefully to avoid damage in transit and retain a copy of the invoice for your records.

Products must be returned undamaged in order to be eligible for refund or exchange.

If you are exchanging an item you will receive an order confirmation email once the replacement product has been shipped.

If you are returning an item, we will issue a full refund to your credit card. Refunds may take up to 30 days to be credited to your credit card and account. Your financial institution may take an additional seven business days to reflect this transaction.

Please note that CARGO only accepts returns or exchanges on products that have been purchased through cargocosmetics.com.  Product purchased elsewhere must be returned or exchanged at the location of purchase and are subject to the return policy of that retailer.

Products purchased at cargocosmetics.com may not be returned or exchanged at any other retailer.

CARGO Cosmetics Corp. does not pay for shipping and handling on returns and exchanges.

Question: How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer: Please allow 1-3 days processing time plus 2 – 10 days delivery time depending on your location and the delivery service selected. A UPS tracking number will be provided to you.

Your information will be kept on file for a period of up to six months and you will be contacted should there be an opportunity that would be a good fit.
