Hold the pen at an angle so the tip lies flat against the lash line. Slowly move the pen from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner of the eye using small strokes.
Hold the pen at an angle so the tip lies flat against the lash line. Start at the center of the eye and work outward. This will prevent a too-thick line at the inner corner. Slowly draw tiny strokes tight along the lash line toward the outer corner of the eye.
Now draw tiny strokes toward the inner corner of the eye. The line should taper to its smallest point at the inner corner. Repeat the application if a thicker, bolder line is desired.
For a classic daytime look, end the liner right at the outer corner where the lashes stop.
For a cat eye look, extend the liner past the lashes, lifting upwards towards the brows to create a winged effect.
*Store pen horizontally for best results.
